Living Planit is a boutique training, assessment & consulting firm specialising in portfolio, program and project management. The company was formed in 2000 by Lesley Bently following her involvement in the development and trial of the innovative Soft Systems Project Management Approach at the University of Technology, Sydney. Internationally recognised, this award-winning methodology tai  lors the application of project management skills and processes to the business environment, where the effective management of people, change and benefits is often essential for project success.
Drawing on this background and integrating cutting edge research and best practice, we have developed and delivered a variety of training programs for numerous commercial and public sector organisations. In 2005, we established the Project and Program Management Assessment Centre ( PPMAC) with a view to offering assessment services to project management practitioners and project producing organisations, including knowledge/competency benchmarking tools and Portfolio Assessments for qualifications and professional certifications.
We are currently working with organisations across various industries including finance, defence, transport, environment, community service, health and management. Our services are now delivered in metropolitan and regional centers across Australia and we have recently expanded into New Zealand with the formation of Living Planit New Zealand Limited. |

Custom built training facility |
 Our custom built training facility is located at 109 Pitt Street, Sydney, a two-minute walk from Wynyard Station. This facility offers a convenient and cost effective alternative for clients who prefer to hold training off-site.

This facility includes a training room that comfortably seats 12 participants and is complete with whiteboard and data projector. There are also two break-out rooms for team work; and a communal area for morning and afternoon tea.
 Lunch for training participants can be catered at cost; or participants can purchase their meals at one of the many local food courts, restaurants and cafes, all within a few minutes walk of the training facility. |
